ALL items returned must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached.
AS OF 6/26/2020 At this time we are only offering store credit for returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase date in store and 5 days after delivery of online orders. Please show/issue your receipt at the time of your return. If an item is stated as final sale on any forms of social media, “live sales” or our website the item will not be eligible for exchange or return. For defective item claims, please contact us within 2 days of delivery date.
Online Orders: Before returning your item please email us at email@example.com, please include your order number, date and full name. We do not cover return shipping on exchanges or returned items. Once we have confirmed your return please include a written note for the reason of your return, your email address and full name. Shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Once we receive your items, we will process your return and you will be notified via email.
CANCELATIONS: once an order has been placed with us, orders can not be canceled. All orders will be packed/shipped as normal. If you wish to return, please follow the steps above.

No returns will be issued on sale items. Accessories, gifts, jewelry and gift cards are FINAL SALE.
